Ruth is the course director and founder of Optimus Coach Academy. She is a well respected and successful coach who has worked across sectors including leadership, career and more recently business and mindset with over 10,000 coaching hours. She has been a MCC level coach with the ICF since 2020 and is a qualified supervisor and Coaching Psychologist. Ruth has been studying Psychology since 1994 and has a BA in Psychology & Management, A MA in Psychology & Education and a PGCERT in Coaching Psychology. She's a qualified teacher with nearly 20 years experience. Prior to starting her own coaching business Ruth was a Senior Leader in the education sector. Ruth is a double best selling author, podcaster, international speaker and mentor : she runs her own coaching business alongside Optimus.

Having worked with the Metropolitan Police Service for 15 years in various senior leadership roles, Crystal has a background in service delivery leading high performing teams. As a qualified Coach and Supervisor, her expertise is in coach development, quality assurance and course content design and delivery. With a transformative and holistic approach, Crystal primarily works with those in leadership and journeys with her clients creating a reflective space of presence, depth and being.

Christian started off his career in Advertising, working as part of various Brand teams developing ad campaigns for blue chip Clients such as Waitrose, Co- Op, Compaq, BMI Airlines and EA Games. His last 15 years have been spent solely in Digital Marketing. His expertise is devising and executing customer acquisition strategies across Google, Bing, Yahoo, Facebook, Instagram, You Tube and various content networks.

Fay's background is People, Workforce & Business Development and Performance Improvement. She’s worked with businesses of various sizes over a variety of sectors. Led teams, multi-million-pound projects - and supported client's through the Foot & Mouth crisis of 2001, the financial crash of 2008, and most recently, Covid. Fay is a PCC accredited coach with the ICF and alongside working at Optimus Coach Academy as a trainer, mentor and assessor, through her own practice she works with organisations, leaders and business owners to cultivate culture, leadership effectiveness and high performance.

Donna is a Life and Connection Coach working with women who want to consciously create a positive relationship with themselves, empowering them to move towards thinking, feeling and behaving in line with who they want to be and how they want to live. She uses her 15 years of coaching experience, alongside other methodologies including Neuroscience, NLP and Positive Psychology, to help her clients embrace self-awareness as a powerful tool for growth in communication, confidence, wellbeing, decision making and productivity.

Merrisha is a PCC Coach with hundreds of hours of experience since qualifying in 2011. She runs a coaching and consultancy business where she specialises in developing emerging leaders in the workplace. Prior to running her own business she spent over 20 years as a Senior Leader in the NHS and now works with values driven organisations to retain and develop their talent. In the coaching space she uses her skills in Neuroscience, NLP, CBT and Positive Psychology to help clients connect with authenticity and joy.

Bret is a Business Psychologist with a speciality in Applied Neuroscience, a Keynote Speaker, and Executive Coach and currently serves on the UK ICF Board of Directors as Director of Thought Leadership. He has been working with senior leadership teams for more than 25 years to help improve cultural transformation and is passionate about the application of neuroscience to create lasting change in the lives of those with whom he works. In addition to extensive study in the field of Applied Neuroscience and Behavioural Psychology, he is also a graduate of the Oxford Executive Leadership Programme and the MIT Sloan School of Management Neuroscience for Business programme and holds a certificate in the Foundations of NeuroLeadership from the NeuroLeadership Institute, where he is also a master facilitator delivering brain based programmes to some of the largest organisations in the world. He is a full member of the British Neuroscience Association and is a frequent speaker at international leadership events. He is a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) through Toastmasters International and has been a featured TEDx speaker and coach at multiple TED events. Bret previously had a successful career as a television sports personality and is a Come Dine with Me winner.

Jackie Lawrence is a PCC level coach who specialises in working with emerging leaders focusing on performance coaching. In 2019, she left a highly successful career as a banking lawyer to become a full-time career and performance coach. Fast forward to today, she's a business and career coach at P-Factor Coaching, helping ambitious individuals perform their best by aligning their strengths and values with their actions so they can expand in their zone of genius.

Phyllis has accumulated over three decades of diverse experience that has shaped her perspective and ability to support others and help them move forward in life and business. With a BSc in Osteopathy, an MSc in Sports Injury Management, a qualified ICF Coach, Coach Supervisor and Hypnotherapist, she continues to support people with their health and wellbeing. She runs her Osteopathic practice in Beckenham, lectures at university, coaches and supervises both individuals and groups online and in person. Her mission is to help people move forward in life and work.Phyllis is passionate about sharing her knowledge and expertise with the community through workshops, conferences, and talks.

Nicola combines her 20 year corporate marketing experience with a values-led and compassion-centered coaching methodology rooted in Neuroscience, Positive Psychology and Transactional Analysis.Her uniquely positioned supervision and life and career coaching practice covers gender and racial equity, leadership development and wellbeing and helps move her clients into possibility, overcome challenges and step into a more fulfilling way of working, leading and living.Nicola works with both organisations and individuals and is committed to bringing nuance to the personal growth, wellness and coaching space, so that it is development for the many and not the few.

Michael is a credentialed coach with the ICF and ICF Board Member for the North West in the UK. He has a Corporate background in Banking and Automotive Sales Management and a history of building businesses within businesses.He typically coaches and mentors around leadership and people management, mindset, and life engineering.He is a Mentor with The Association of Business Mentors, a Hypnotherapist, Mental Health Professional, Business Owner, and People Person with a history of supporting successful people, high achievers and people who aspire for greater things in their lives.

Noelle Pedace, PCCNoelle has five years of coaching experience, completing over 7,000 sessions and three years as a life coach, trainer, and mentor. She specializes in helping new coaches start and grow their businesses. She draws on her 25 years of combined experience in corporate management in the oil industry and entrepreneurship. Noelle has started two companies from the ground up and has grown them both to over seven figures annually. Noelle blends her business and coaching experience to enable clients to find clarity, increase confidence, make decisions, and start and grow their businesses.

Ciara is a coach for new coaches, helping them tap into their unique super powers to serve their clients with compassion, curiosity and confidence. Sharron's background is in Criminal Law, specialising in advising detainees at the Police Station and has worked for Solicitors for over 20 years. As an ICF Accredited Coach, Sharrons clients include Barristers & Solicitors helping them around Impostor syndrome and overwhelm. Alongside this she runs her own Natural Hair Care Business and is a Co-trainer and Assessor with Optimus Coach Academy.

Martin’s a Multi-Service Provider, who’s worked within the small business sector forover 25 years. He brings a vast range of experiences to the mix, working withindividuals and teams, often sprinkled with a touch of humour! Coaching is at the core of his Conscious Development® methodology, which is awhole person, whole life approach. It embodies the combination of personal,professional, and business development. He supports those he works with to navigate their world and embody principles ofalignment so they become conscious and intentional about developing every element of their lives and business’s.

Kelly is passionate about efficiency and getting things done. She has worked 100% online running the behind the scenes of business for 10+ years. She has recently decided to train to become a coach born from her enthusiam to help others and to make a difference in the world. Kelly helps with the day to day management of the Optimus Coach Academy and loves to travel, which is good as she is a military spouse and moves every few years!

Hannah is an experienced administrator who has a background in customer service. She has worked for several organisations ranging from the University of Worcester to HMRC. She has strong research and analytical skills gained from a degree in History and Politics and working in the Civil Service. Hannah is currently working as an Admin and Marketing Assistant at Optimus Coach Academy.
