Testimonials - Leanne Davies
Where you were before you signed up
Before I signed up I was reaching the 10 year mark in my current business (a women's running community). I wanted to do some personal development for me but also gain meaningful skills and experience that would benefit the members in my women's community so learning to become a coach seemed the perfect fit
What the course was like?
The course by far exceeded my expectations. The course training was excellent and delivered by such a knowledgeable, relatable and friendly team. The extra resources and help available were fantastic and Optimus went above and beyond to support every person. For me the best part and one that I hadn't expected was the friendship and sense of community I have found with Optimus and the people on the course. I have grown and developed so much as a person in the last 7 months and the growth continues. Optimus also continues to support you after the course which has been so valuable for me.
What you're doing now ?
I am continuing to run my original business and community but I have since set up 'Leanne Davies Coaching' as a way to support more women on a one to one basis. Things are busy but I am absolutely loving it and seeing the difference I can make to more women's lives is so rewarding.
The transformation you experienced?
The changes that have come from training with Optimus have been a new sense of confidence and pushing my own boundaries. Also self-awareness, not just in the behaviour of others but how I react to certain situations too. My health and wellbeing is in a better place. Being more aware of my habits has enabled me to focus and make changes for the better, I feel calmer, more in control and happier. My future career path feels exciting and brimming with opportunity because of the mindset shift I have made since training with Optimus. It really has been one of the best decisions I've ever made.
How would you describe the level of support you have had with Optimus?
