This course has been developed for leaders and people managers who are responsible for business results and team performance to learn the art of coaching so that they can advance their skills within the workplace.

The programme will empower you to become more confident, self-aware and effective as a coach and leader.

You will gain insight into the processes involved in behavioural change, as well as the organisational context for coaching and the dynamics of coaching relationships.

Driven by research and led by experienced instructors, the programme is delivered in a workshop style that lets you practice new skills and techniques in a safe environment.

Starts Wednesday 2nd March 10-12.30pm
