What do people say? Meet Jude Kempton, ACC

Jude coaches ambitious and curious leaders and teams in the marketing, media and tech space.
She had over 15 years leading high performing digital marketing teams, so the decision to quit and retrain wasn't easy. After having coaching herself she had fallen in love with coaching and made the decision to retrain. Throughout my career she led, developed and trained teams, so deciding to train as a team coach was a natural next step.

She's now working with a number teams of different sizes, delivering in person or online coaching and training sessions, typically around leadership culture, communication and ways of working, or aligning on goals and path to success.

I use the skills and techniques I developed during my team coaching training to establish trust and safety from the very start of the relationship, meaning we're able to go further and deeper right from the beginning.

The emphasis is on the team having ownership of the process, so we work closely to align team and business goals before we start to explore, then the team comes up with a clear action plan to implement between coaching sessions. Benchmarking the team with surveys and 1:1s before and after coaching means I can support the business to identify any gaps they may be unaware of, as well as demonstrating value against company objectives.
