Phyllis has accumulated over three decades of diverse experience that has shaped her perspective and ability to support others and help them move forward in life and business. With a BSc in Osteopathy, an MSc in Sports Injury Management, a qualified ICF Coach, Coach Supervisor and Hypnotherapist, she continues to support people with their health and wellbeing.
She runs her Osteopathic practice in Beckenham, lectures at university, coaches and supervises both individuals and groups online and in person. Her mission is to help people move forward in life and work.
Phyllis is passionate about sharing her knowledge and expertise with the community through workshops, conferences, and talks.
