James Eder is an Entrepreneur & Work.Life Coach. He has over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles. In 2005 he graduated from The University of Birmingham having completed his dissertation on The Impact of Coaching in Organisations. Since then he has been on a continuous self-development journey sharing his experience and knowledge as a mentor and coaching people helping support their own adventures. In 2021 James completed an ACC ICF accredited programme with Optimus Academy.
