A Focus on Self Acceptance and Self Awareness
A huge part of the coaching process is self-awareness. Understanding who we are, what motivates us, and what our personal goals are.
Before we put ourselves forward to guide and coach others, we need to have a clear understanding of what makes us tick.
I believe that developing our self-awareness is crucial to understanding ourselves better, so we can not only learn from our mistakes, but also learn to embrace them and realise they are part of who we are- and of course, that ultimately helps us to become better coaches!
