Introducing Our Holistic Coaching Framework

Why coaching the whole person is important in transformational coaching. In this episode, I'm sharing the holistic coaching framework we use at Optimus. I'll explore how this whole-person focused and flexible approach allows for more personalised and transformational coaching experiences.
