1. We're very proud to have our curriculum designed and taught by a  ICF Accredited Master Certified Coach. Ruth Kudzi, MCC our CEO teachers at least 50% of our training on our Professional diploma and is involved in training on the associate diplomas as well.  
   Who are the ICF?  The International Coaching Federation is the leading global organisation for coaches and coaching. The ICF is dedicated to advancing the coaching profession by setting high standards. Their highest credential is a Master Certified Coach ( MCC ) and to qualify one has to have completed over 200 hours of coach specific education and have at least 2500 hours of client coaching experience.  I become MCC accredited in 2020 and have over 11,000 coaching hours and am one of just over 2,204 active MCC credential-holders worldwide. I work closely with our training team who are all experienced ICF accredited Professionally Certified Coaches (PCC) to develop and deliver a curriculum that is engaging and focused on coaching. 
2. Our Professional coach Diploma is Triple Accredited by 3 different coaching bodies. 
   

   Our Professional Coach Diploma accredited by the International Coaching Federation,  (ICF Level 2), the European Mentoring & Coaching Council ( EMCC ) and the Association for Coaching ( AC ). Being accredited by 3 different bodies means you stand out from the crowd and gives you choice and options. 

3. Our curriculum is based on our holistic coaching framework which has it's roots in Psychology and is evidence based. 
   We have designed a comprehensive framework which gives you flexibility to work with a diverse range of clients with evidence-based models and theories to back up the teaching.    Our focus is on coaching practice and so there are no final written assessments in either of our ICF Accredited Diplomas

Your success also depends on your ability to market yourself and run a sustainable business. At Optimus, we offer business mentoring to all of our students as well as an online program. Our goal is to demystify business processes and build your acumen, so you can start your own business with confidence and clarity. This is part of both of our Diplomas and not added bolt ons with additional costs. It is included.
7. We include coaching supervision into your training AFTER you graduate. 
   We now include coaching supervision sessions as standard in both of our accredited diplomas.  We're one of the very few training providers that offer coaching supervision AND ICF coach mentoring as standard, so you have everything you need to be a confident and competent coach. 

   We believe that qualified coaches need to continually invest in ongoing coaching supervision for their own professional practice: it’s something which many accreditation bodies (EMCC, AC) require and others recommend.
