In this video I discuss why it is important for coaches to set a clear goal, focus or outcome with their client at the start of the coaching conversation. Without a goal, focus or outcome it simply becomes a standard conversation between the coach and the client. What’s more there tends to not be clear direction or flow and makes the conversation harder to measure and more challenging for the client to make progress.
