Today I am discussing mindset coaches and what I think about them?

Ultimately, if you are working with peoples minds and cognitions, you need to be appropriately qualified. That can be through training, mentorship, qualification or all three.

So for those that don’t know, a mindset coach works with your conscious and your unconscious. When we use tools from positive psychology, neuroscience and energetic & psychodynamic tools we have the ability to go really deep with our clients and go underneath the surface.

Often in coaching we say that ‘the problem is not the problem’. The problem that people bring is that surface and as a coach we go underneath the surface to understand what our clients are thinking and feeling.

A mindset coach will help you to make sense of your thoughts and build your self-awareness so that you are aware of what is going on for you, who you are & what your needs, values beliefs and strengths are.
