In this video I share my thoughts on the 3 main accreditation bodies in the coaching industry. These are the ICF ( International Coaching Federation), the EMCC ( European Mentoring & Coaching Council ) and finally the AC ( Association for Coaching ). I start off discussing the ICF, which many see as the gold standard and explain what I regard as the benefits to this qualification. I then move onto the EMCC which if you are more Eurocentric, for example in the Benelux region, France and Germany you may find more suitable. The EMCC is again of a very high standard and credible. Then finally I discuss the AC. As a coach training provider both our Diplomas are accredited by all three of these coaching organisations.
