What does success mean to you?

Many people who appear successful on the outside are not feeling it on the inside carrying guilt, shame and comparison or struggling to keep up with what they perceive success to be.

This is often because our “success template” and what we believe success to be is influenced from society and may not be what makes someone feel fulfilled and happy.

Many of us are programmed from a young age to believe specific job titles, houses, family structures and money equal success so we strive for these things believing they are the answer.

However, often these things come at a cost and more and more people are recognising that they’ve sacrificed their well-being, relationships and time to achieve “success” and tick off the external goals yet on the inside the happiness and fulfillment are missing.
